What counts as a change
Changes to your existing pages are included in your subscription, subject to fair use. Submit one request at a time, review the preview, and publish when you're happy. Here's what our AI assistant can handle and when our team steps in.
How a change works
- Sign in to your panel. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a one-time sign-in code.
- Tell us what you'd like changed. Describe it in your own words and attach photos if needed.
- Confirm your request. Review and edit it before work begins.
- Review your preview. Once the change is ready, check the result and before-and-after screenshots. AI can make mistakes, so nothing goes live until you click Publish. Not quite right? Ask for a revision.
- Restore if needed. After publishing, you can restore any version from the last three months.
Included
Changes to your existing pages are included under fair use, including:
- Text and corrections: Fix typos, rewrite sentences or update existing content.
- Opening hours: Update regular hours, holiday closures and seasonal hours.
- Photos: Replace existing images or add photos where the page layout allows.
- Business information: Update team members, treatments, services, products and FAQ entries.
- Prices: Change prices and update existing price lists.
- Contact details: Update your phone number, WhatsApp, email, address, booking links and social media profiles.
- Links and legal text: Update links, your privacy statement, terms and other existing text.
- Items and entries: Add, edit or remove items in existing sections, such as services, team members and FAQs.
- Languages: Add a language version to your website if it's multilingual, or update existing translations.
Handled by our team
Some requests need a human touch. Send them through your panel, and our team will get back to you.
- New pages: Tell us what you need, and we'll discuss the next steps.
- Navigation and layout: Changes to menus, page order or the overall layout.
- Third-party integrations: Tracking codes, widgets and embedded content from other websites.
Not offered
- Redesigns and custom features: We don't offer full redesigns or build new features such as booking systems, online shops or custom forms under this plan.
- Removing our footer credit: The “Made with ♥ by Backend Lab” link remains on every website.
Fair use
Changes are included, one request at a time. One request is one coherent change, and fixing our own mistake never counts. Your panel shows what each change cost in AI.
If your use is far above normal, we tell you in good time. If we see abuse or unfair use, we may stop the website. You then get a refund for the unused months, and we hand your content over to you.
About the AI
Changes are prepared by our AI assistant and checked by automated rules before you see them. The assistant only edits your website's texts and photos, never its code or design, and nothing goes live until you click Publish. Your requests are used only to make your changes, never to train AI models.
